Our Board
The DO Ubuntu Orphan Bracelet Campaign emerged in 2007 after the making of the film Angels in the Dust. The film’s director, Louise Hogarth, amended the by-laws of her non profit, Dream Out Loud Productions (EION#05-0581165), to incorporate this activity.

Louise Hogarth - Founder/Director
Louise Hogarth is the founder and director of the independent documentary company Dream Out Loud Productions. Her documentaries have dealt with issues such as AIDS, human rights and poverty. She co-produced the Panama Deception, which won an Academy Award for Best Feature Length Documentary and her work includes projects for such major studios as Universal, Paramount and Disney.
Louise passionately believes in the power of films that touch hearts, change attitudes and foster positive change.
She is a member of the International Documentary Association, the Independent Feature Project, the Association of Independent Video and Filmmakers, and Women in Film and The Writers Guild.

Terri Ford - Vice President
Terri heads the AIDS Health Care Foundation’s Global Testing and Prevention Initiative. Here she steers global policy, is a member of the AHF Global Executive Committee, serves on the AHF’s executive Senior Management team and is a Global Ambassador for AHF and people living with HIV/AIDS.

Elizabeth Stone - Secretary
Beth Stone holds Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Puget Sound, and is a Certified Geriatric Mental Health Specialist, Geriatric Care Manager & Washington State Certified Professional Guardian. She lives in Tacoma and works with vulnerable women, children and chronically mentally ill adults and older adults.

Charlene Bebko
Charlene Bebko brings a background of both business and academic experience to her work in services marketing and nonprofit /social cause marketing. She received her M.B.A. from Temple University and her Ph.D. in marketing at the University of Pittsburgh. Among other marketing courses, she teaches Non-Profit Marketing at the university level for undergraduates and M.B.A. students.
