The DO Ubuntu Orphan Bracelet Campaign was created by Louise Hogarth while she was filming the documentary film Angels In The Dust a look at the HIV/AIDS pandemic through the eyes of children.  This powerful documentary played in theatres and received rave reviews from film critics including:

The DO Ubuntu Orphan Bracelet Campaign provides support on three levels:

  1. Employment and business skills training to over 80 women,
  2. All net profits are donated to small orphanages,
  3. Wearing this stylish, handcrafted bracelet is a fashionable symbol to show one’s involvement in a world issue.

Ubuntu (Xhosa word meaning humanity towards others) refers to a belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity -- DO unto others, as you would have them DO unto you. Through the DO Ubuntu Orphan Bracelet Campaign, you can live this philosophy.
